This custom built coastal cottage is perfect for a family trip or couples getaway. Being less than 300 steps from the ocean with private beach access, it’s the perfect combination of serene & convenience at the Texas coast. 🌴🌊 Featuring an open floor plan w/ a large kitchen/living area makes the home perfect for hosting families. It has 2 bedrooms & is able to sleep 7 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King bed & private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds & a top bunk bed.

Beachfront with panoramic ocean views, home theater, hot tub & firepit. Both bedrooms overlook the beach with king beds, 65” TVs and private bathrooms. The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Hosts of house are also hosts of DIY show "Restoring Galveston".Even though it's an old home this house has all the modern amenities you could want! Located in the Silk Stocking Historic District, only 5 blocks to beach, 1 block to Mardi Gras parade route, and close to all Galveston has to offer. All bedrooms have Queen size beds and there is a master with ensuite bathroom. This is comfortable and elegant living close to the beach!
