With wood-fired hot tub, wet room and kitchenette, situated by a stream, on a farm near Croyde, with field views of our alpacas. Perfect for mini-moons, anniversaries, birthdays or breaks away from the pressures of work or city life. This is glamping at its best, with underfloor heating, log burner, wood fired hot tub & sun loungers. Our location is central to surfing beaches, pretty villages + coast path.

This bright and cheerful home sleeps 5 and a babe, with 1 double 2 singles,sofabed&travel cot. It has a fully enclosed garden and off road parking. From its comfy beds and sofas to its spacious kitchen diner, we have everything you need, including a sun room and work space when peace and quiet is needed.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Charming Georgeham Cottage

Netherhams is a cosy picturesque cottage in heart of the lovely village of Georgeham. It is fully self-contained, very well equipped and is perfect for a relaxing stay. The interior retains the original features such as bread ovens, inglenook and beamed ceilings and is full of charm, but it has all the comforts of a modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish bathrooms. This is a perfect escape for families, couples and friends. The cottage comes with a free car pass for Putsborough Sands.

Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Beach Hut, Parade House. Our luxury 2 bedroom, self contained Duplex, has been recently built and is part of the prestigious Parade House development, in beautiful Woolacombe, Devon. Here you will find luxury self catering accommodation, with a large open plan living space with a private outside dining balcony. You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.
