After a fun day of exploring, craft meals in our fully equipped kitchen, and relax around the fire pit. Only a few minutes from boat docks and the Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge, a short drive to Harrison bay state park & the Cherokee National forest!

Red Bird Cottage is locate minutes away from one of Tennessee's largest and most visited parks, Fall Creek Falls State Park. We want to help guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home which is great for couples or families with kids, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Our cottage is a complete house with everything accessible to you as our guests. Red Bird Cottage offers all the amenities of home and more and is secured with a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival.

Cozy cottage with contemporary design is the perfect place to disconnect from city life and reconnect with nature. Located 7 minutes from the main street downtown. A bright and spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen and dining area, spacious and elegant bedrooms with ample storage space. Beautiful and fun patio overlooking the garden, where your kids can play mini-golf, enter their own tiny house, or swing with mom and dad. A queen-size inflatable bed is available for 9 and 10 guests!

Caney Cottage studio style floor plan is the perfect couples getaway.Cottage boast the best & closest views of the Caney Fork w/floor to ceiling glass across the back that accesses a screened in covered porch.Step into the back yard & slip your kayak or fishing line in the water.Read a book by the river’s edge or enjoy the fire pit.Cottage offers something for everyone to enjoy & most importantly relax & unwind.Very unique & quaint w/ comfy queen bed & queen sofa bed. 3 mi to Center Hill Lake.

Spacious Cottage: King Suite, Dog OK, Ten to Town

Minutes off I-40, exit 290 and easy trip to restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, waterfalls and hiking. The Cottage offers comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting a few miles on the east side of Cookeville and above Algood. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

The Cottage is a private space conveniently located one block from the Gainesboro square in picturesque Jackson county. Close by are many outdoor activities such as fishing the Cumberland River or canoeing/kayaking on the Roaring River, where there is a boat ramp, a swim area & playground. Just 12 miles to Cummins Falls State Park & 25 minutes to Cookeville. If you’re a history buff, make sure to visit the incredible Jackson County Archives & Veterans Hall at 104 Short St.

Deer Lodge Bed & Breakfast

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.
