A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. There are beautiful hiking trails, a coal mine is a short hike away and a secret wilderness chapel. Enjoy some simple time up & away from town life.

This house was completed June 2024 and has been furnished, stocked, and designed with the most modern and updated materials. We have specifically designed this house for nightly, weekly or month-long stays. Located 2 blocks from the Charleston Coliseum and a short walk to the lively capitol street. Here our guests can benefit from a handicap accessible home, fire pit, plenty of wooded trails to explore, paved driveway, and plenty of room for ATV trailer parking as well. This home offers a large kitchen and views of wildlife from every window. All this while only 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston, Shawnee Sports Complex and Hatfield and McCoy trails. We now have a small fenced area for pets to enjoy.
