The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Detached house, air conditioning, air conditioning included in the price, Sat-TV, bed linen is delivered in the weekly change, towels provided (2 small towels per person per week), internet (WLAN), use free of charge, prices include the following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, water, tax and parking. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

This place is a fantastic garden home, The wonderful neighbourhood and very quiet. 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom , large private terrace covered with a grape vine canopy and views of the Adriatic Sea and Old Town. Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
