Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Laryssiou Suite, the lower floor. Also rentable together with Casa Laryssiou, which is the entire upper floor. The house is built against a mountain, the studio is on the lower floor and accessible via a small staircase on the side of the house. It is a 2 room studio with one bedroom with double box spring, a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is no terrace. When renting the studio, 1 small, 1 large bath towel and a beach towel are included per person. Greek TV.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
