A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Entire Historic Cottage in Beaulieu/Parking/ Wi-Fi

Located near the Beaulieu river, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Beaulieu, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

We think our place is really special. In the centre of Cowes with everything on the doorstep makes it convenient and so easy with everything walkable. We love being part of the atmosphere of the world famous Cowes. We have two bedrooms, one with a lovely big cosy super king the other is a double with a single bunk above it. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need along with the furnished living / dining room with TV and fast internet access.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. Riverside Mews, 5 Seymour Court is right on the River Medina with far reaching views across the Solent. The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Here you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants all busy with tourists and sailors. Cowes is a mecca for the sailing community and yachts can be seen at all times of the year. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !

Oakside is a spacious detached 3 bedroom house with surrounding garden with upstairs sea views and located on a private drive leading off from Woodvale Road. It is a very quiet area. There is a separate area for working with a desk, shelves, fast wifi and a swivel chair within the open plan downstairs living area. We are most suitable for small families or couples wanting to work from home.
