The tiny house is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, yet close to all the amenities you may need. We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Our peaceful country escape is ready! Modern 1 bedroom cottage perfectly positioned to enjoy the view over the farm. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Say good morning to the friendly horse and pony, Cam & Cody while you enjoy your morning coffee on the patio.

Heart of Courtenay Downtown Modern Suite

We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.

Cozy Comox Character Suite

You will be close to everything in our centrally located character suite. We are within walking distance to downtown Comox and the Comox Marina, where you will find many cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops. Several beaches, parks, and forests are very near, and Mount Washington is just a 30 minute drive away. The local hospital, pool, and arena are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Whatever your reason for visiting, we warmly welcome you!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to beaches, trails, and downtown from this centrally located place. It is easy to bike or walk around Comox. The Comox Valley is a hub to mountain biking trails, notably Cumberland, Strathcona Park hiking trails, and Mount Washington skiing. Comox is on a peninsula surrounded by beautiful beaches. We also allow pets for a $45/trip but are willing to negotiate for shorter trips.
