Situated 6 km from Glendalough and surrounded by hiking trails it is the home of artist Patrick Walshe and his wife Rosalind. Set back from a quiet country road, 4km from the villages of Laragh and Rathdrum, 1 hr from Dublin, it is ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Ireland. Enjoy relaxing in the garden also. Own transport needed.

O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/bathroom and paved courtyard area. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

Nestled in the privacy of our organic farm the off grid hut sits with panoramic views of the Redcross valley down to Brittas Bay and the Irish Sea . The hut is beside a canopy of mature beech trees and on some days the nesting kites will give aerial displays to lift one’s spirits . At night the sky scape is uninterrupted and the stars can almost touch you The dawn breaks over your deck and the setting sun gives you witness to the splendour of the nature surrounding you.

Perfect for family getaways as it is close to great beaches and walks. Not suitable for partying.
