E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

With two bedrooms, a cozy living area, full kitchen, and a full bathroom with a comfortable ceramic composting toilet. Own transport required; it's remote! Our lanes may be muddy, the grass long, the skies blue or the mists rolling through, but we are delighted to host you on this land we are so lucky to steward.
