Cotswolds Holiday Cottage is nestled in the village of Hamsterley with unrestricted countryside views and within 1/2 mile to Hamsterley Forest popular with mountain bikers, horse riders and walkers alike . The beautiful village of Hamsterley boasts village greens and a fantastic local country pub. Enjoy a break with well behaved dogs and children more than welcome. A large enclosed garden with a low wall allows uninterrupted views over countryside and enjoyment of our many animals, incl alpacas.

Situated on a rural farm on the outskirts of Durham, our three bedroom, stone built cottage has been lovingly converted from the farm’s former cornmill. It can comfortably accommodate six guests and is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
