Located in the small town of Busot, only eight kilometers from the sea and 20 kilometers from Alicante, the house is set in the middle of a garden with many trees. It has been lovingly renovated by the hosts, preserving the old while adding new touches—a happy mix of vintage and Mediterranean flair. With this house we have fulfilled a great dream that we would like to share.

The ideal layout of two living rooms, four bedrooms (all with Airco) and the central kitchen makes it ideal for two families. Where everyone has their own space. But it is also ideal for two people because you can only use the rear part of the villa. This area overlooks the swimming pool.

From the terrace, you have a fantastic view of the golf course. There are some restaurants and a wine bar within walking distance. If you want more entertainment, the Alicante centre is only a fifteen-minute drive away.
