Relax with family or friends at this peaceful, clean and brand new two bedroom house, located in one of the most biodiverse places on the planet! Your stay includes use of all watersports toys, pool and playground for children. The beach is calm and warm with many beach restaurants and bars within walking distances. If you have children, we also offer Osa Jungle Camp that the children may attend for a fee while you enjoy your holiday. Many exotic animals and sea life right outside your door.

Private 40-Acre Hacienda Estate

Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Nuestra ubicación se sitúa a 1.7 km (camino asfaltado) de la carretera Interamericana Sur,El Depósito Libre de Golfito y los comercios de Paso Canoas están a 35 minutos en vehículo. La propiedad cuenta con proximidad a supermercados, restaurantes, centro de salud y estación de servicio, además de acceso directo a calle asfaltada. A 6 minutos se ubican COSEVI la estación donde se realiza las pruebas de manejo y la terminal de Tracopa(Buses). Ofrecemos amplio estacionamiento para dos vehículos.
