We are excited to share our new Italian seaside home with you - just 10 minutes away by foot to the beach. A home built in the 80s by Italian agronomists who planted a beautiful garden adorned with cedar, olive, and rose pepper trees. The villa boasts a beautiful patio where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of Feraxi - sounds of birds, seaside waves and quietness. What stands out the most however is dining in our courtyard under a beautiful lemon tree.

This unique, spacious home boasting 4 en-suite bedrooms. 3 Rooms with king-sized beds and 1 Room with Twin Beds. Open plan kitchen and lounge area with a fire place. Over looking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an outdoor BBQ grill, large garden, swimming pool and a whirlpool (not heated). 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach.
