Between the Sagrada Familia artwork and the modernist complex of the Sant Pau Dos De Maig Hospital. A beautiful room to rest and relax after a full day. Amplia y luminosa habitación de matrimonio con salida a un precioso balcón y también contarás con un baño privado. En el resto del piso vivimos mi gato (Max) y yo, os ruego respetar al animal. Él no entrará en vuestro espacio. El domicilio está situado a dos minutos del metro Pep Ventura, Línea 2 que te lleva en 20 minutos al centro de Barcelona. También puedes llegar andando (diez minutos) a la conocida y hermosa playa del Pont del Petroli, con su paseo marítimo lleno de bares y restaurantes.

A 20 minuts de Barcelona, el mateix tren et deixa a Plaça Catalunya. 1era planta, amb ascensor. Habitació interior. WiFi a tot el pis. Petit balcó.

Nuestro piso tiene 90m2 y está situado en El barrio del Guinardo, que corresponde a la zona alta de Barcelona, por lo que encontraras algunas subidas al estar en zona montañosa a cambio es una zona muy tranquila, está bien comunicado con autobuses y metro a 10' del centro de la ciudad, de la Sagrada Familia y del Parc Güell. Es muy luminoso, orientación sur, tenemos un balcón muy tranquilo con vistas a la zona comunitaria con piscina, disponible a cualquier hora para darse un baño.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and sunny accommodation. This house also has a large terrace with BBQ and a large kitchen, it has 3 bathrooms, 2 complete and another toilet, and since it does not have neighbors it is very quiet, the room has both air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a small table just in case. It brings your Large TV laptop with Smart TV, heating and access to the room via 4-digit code. It is a small room that has everything.

If you like the sea, the views, to have a hot bath in a recycle wine barril while looking to the sea... if you like natural artisanal things, this is your place. We are in love with our retreat. Note: until next months in the near future we have the route between the houses and the sea. For us, as it is a 3th floor high, is ok. But if you are very sensitive to the noise you may feel it is a bit noisy.
