Mattie's Place is a little bit of Heaven. It is situated on the edge of 35+ acres. Come enjoy the peacefulness, soak up the beauty and enjoy the simple side of life. The guest house consist of a super big livingroom area with 3 Recliners and a large sectional couch,single bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen, bathroom/shower and laundry room. There is a large screened in back porch with dinning area and grill. We're located 4 minutes away from Woodbury Wildlife Area for the Deer Hunters.

An upscale modern boho home nestled in the middle of 23 wooded acres where you can find yourself relaxing outside on the deck, hiking the many trails in the woods or enjoying the many amenities we have to offer.  Our barndominium has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room, and eat in kitchen with everything you need. There’s a large recreational room with a pool table, dartboard, putting green, a basketball hoop and plenty of games to choose from.

Our 300 sq foot shipping container with hot tub sits on the edge of our property alongside the Wakotomika creek and below our pond. You will have a private entrance into the container with a spacious front yard, a covered front porch with grill and a fire pit next to the creek. Tucked among pines and rocks in the heart of Amish country, where the occasional clip-clop of horse and buggies adds charm. Styled like a railroad depot, the artistically furnished home displays intricate stonework, tile and custom stained glass. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Cozy Cabin Nestled in Nature

This beautiful cabin is tucked in on a wooded hillside, very private, cozy and comfortable with beautiful scenery all around. It is the perfect place for a romantic get away or to kick back and unwind with a couple friends, away from city noise. The cabin is located close to Amish county…there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive, with a spacious 7 person hot tub available for guests year round, as well as an outdoor and indoor fireplace for when weather is wintery.

Pearl Falls

Quiet 2 story cabin within 30 min of wineries, restaurants, Sugar Creek and other tourist attractions. The house is located off the main road down a long hilly gravel road away from the hustle of the crowds, but close enough to enjoy the local tourist attractions. *There are wild game camera's on the property to for observing the local wildlife, one is located in the driveway of the property and observes the parking area as well. No recording devices are inside the property.

River Rest Cottage in Coshocton

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces
