Homer is a picturesque village taken right out of a Hallmark movie. Two miles from Cortland and a short drive to Ithaca, Syracuse, easy access to I-81, the Finger Lakes Region, local breweries and wineries, 3 different ski resorts, indoor waterpark, golf courses.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.
