This house has something for everyone! Just added for 2025- whole home heating and cooling with mini splits in each bedroom. EV charger. 2-Player Arcade with 17,000 games for rainy days. We have two kayaks and a canoe which we hope to make available to every renter. We cannot guarantee their availability, but we will try our best!

This is a 32' 2014 camper in a nice quiet setting. Self contained. Private 28 acres with 11.5 acre lake. Two other campsites and main house on property. Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.
