Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Seaside Villa by Oso Bay, Sanitized Rooms!

This ground level condo is stocked to make your stay enjoyable. The reviews don't lie, the bed is comfortable. For your protection we disinfect all remotes, light switches, door handles knobs and handles with a solution recommended by the CDC to kill any surface viruses. We wash all linens, quilts, towels and bath mats between each guest. There is a Wildlife Refuge across the street with walking trails that run along the Oso Bay. $40 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged if bringing a pet.

New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. The condo is a quiet getaway on the canals that represents the island lifestyle (including furry family members). WIFI - for business, school, or entertainment. This is a nice, quiet last house of the Cul de Sac with a huge back yard. So much to do and so close to it all, like restaurants, hospitals, the movie theater, parks, Corpus Christi A&M, Golf Course, hiking and bird watching, access to the ocean in 3 different directions.
