L'appartamento si trova in Centro Storico a Modena, in una delle aree più vivaci della città, al secondo piano di un edificio d'epoca, recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con cura. La zona giorno, con angolo cottura e studio, affaccia sulla strada ed è illuminata da luce naturale, con vista sulle case colorate e sui caratteristici portici modenesi. Dei due bagni uno è con doccia, il secondo serve anche da lavanderia. La camera da letto, sul retro, garantisce tranquillità e silenzio.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
