Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κάτω από το Βυζαντινό κάστρο, με πανοραμική θέα όλου του χωριού και του καστρου. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ανεξάρτητος και αφορά δύο δωμάτια σε δύο επίπεδα (ένα τρίκλινο και δίκλινο με μπάνια), πλήρης κουζίνα, πισίνα με υδρομασαζ, μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαιθρια τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενιαίο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία/κουζίνα, σοφίτα και μπάνιο με τζακούζι με θέα προς τον Κορινθιακό.
