Close to everything in town. A period property renovated for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi and pay TV channels. A lovely kitchen/living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood heater. A large garden to wander around. 3 spacious bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), the main bedroom has an ensuite and a fireplace. All beds are queen size and have an electric blanket. Each bedroom has an elec. oil heater if required. A good selection of dvd’s and board games to keep everyone entertained.

Croft Birregurra -

Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

Just a short drive through the Otways to the Great Ocean Road and the Birregurra golf course is within a walking distance.

The Top Villa is situated in a quiet, natural setting with soaring views over the rolling hills and forests of Apollo Bay. Private and peaceful, it is one of only two villas on our property.

Melita is a rustic ground floor apartment surrounded by nature with a beautiful ocean view, set on a beautiful property called Springwood in Lorne. There are other accommodations on the property too that are close by. This is a very peaceful place and not the place for parties and loud noise. Linen and basic provisions provided. Outdoor BBQ etc, WiFi. Extra $25 per night for use of second bedroom eg non couples.
