This home is in a secluded, elevated location with breathtaking views and only a short drive to the best Sunshine Coast beaches. Surrounded by nature and trees it will take you only moments to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen and living areas look over the large deck and to the pool. There are two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit to enjoy during the cooler months, perfect to relax by with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are well appointed with a homely feel and comfortable beds.

Big Red Beach House: modern, spacious and central

The Big Red Beach House features five bedrooms catering for up to 11 guests. Upon booking, bedrooms will be allocated in accordance with guest configuration. This elevated 2-storey home offers year round on-shore breezes with lofty bay and ocean views. A large deck extends from the kitchen/living room, featuring an outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. The master bedroom extends to an ensuite and private balcony. The unit at the front of the house is not included and is unoccupied.

Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

We are only a 100m walk to the gorgeous beach, where you can relax and unwind.The sleep you'll get here will be second to none! The front and back deck are beautiful spots to have a morning cuppa whilst listening to the birds sing! Grab a book and chill in our hammock. The property has plenty of space for off street parking and is fully fenced, giving peace of mind.
