Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

The Garden Room is warmly, welcoming and complete with all essential equipment. It consists of a king-sized bed in the main bedroom with separate bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. The bedroom area is open plan with the living area. Brand new fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and all essential equipment. Located in Kidderminster. 10 minute walk from town. Ideal location for visits to Safari park, Severn Valley railway and local countryside.
