On the way to the Innes National Park, you will encounter breathtaking views and wildlife! The colder weather creates the beautiful pink colour in our salt lakes, which are only a 10 minute drive.

Close to the water. 5 minute walk to jetty, boat ramp, local pub & eateries. Playground, tennis court, golf course and the rocks swimming pool are only a stroll away. Visit the beautiful beach at Sultana Point or take a short drive to other locations on the Yorke Peninsula. Have a boat? You have your own boat shed & access to fish cleaning/BBQ area. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an outside pergola. No pets & no smoking allowed. You will need to bring some linen.

Located just 2.5 hrs drive from Adelaide. Sand 'n Sea is set back from the Esplanade in a quieter natural setting. The house is fully self contained on a fenced 1/2 acre block just an easy few minutes walk to the tidal beach for swimming, snorkelling, fishing and fossicking.
