The beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest and Black Rocks are 10 miles from us.

It’s completely self contained and features one bedroom with two singles, a shower wc, a kitchenette living room with a double sofa bed. It has central heating, Netflix & Free Parking. It’s a quiet & peaceful area but near to pubs, cinema, nightclub, cafes, restaurants and shops. Llandudno, Conwy, Betws y Coed, Caernarfon. Great for Rugby, Water Sports, Concerts, & Outdoor pursuits.

The Laundry Room - one bed studio apartment

Self-contained studio apartment, detached from the main house which is situated on the Welsh coastal path “The Laundry Room” is in the village of Deganwy. Within a stones throw of the beach, the railway station, buses, cafes, restaurants and the salubrious Quays Spa Hotel, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets. The studio contains all you need a small kitchenette fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board. Separate shower room with handbasin and toilet.

A small self contained cottage in the back garden of our family home. Ideal for families, couples or solo travellers. Double bed in the main living space + separate bunk room. Kitchen area is fully equipped if you choose to eat in. Great base to explore: 5-10 mins to beaches; fabulous walks; zoo; local shops; and plenty of tourist attractions within a 20 min drive. We have a cat and a dog, so as long as you are happy to share our garden space, we'll be happy to have you here!

Small converted wash house and garage. Set in a quiet residential, non-tourist area. Within 10 minutes drive of local attractions, e.g. Conwy, Llandudno, Bodnant Gardens, Welsh Mountain Zoo. Close to the A55 for wider exploration. Sleeps 4 , with 2 in the double bed downstairs, and two children aged over 5, or able bodied adults on the sleeping platform,Groups need to be ease with each other, as the sleeping areas are open plan. Dogs £10 per dog per stay.
