Situated on the corner of Morfa Drive and Bangor Road, the Old Toll House is in a really convenient location. 5 minutes stroll into the town or to the beach. A cosy stone cottage in the centre of Betws-y-Coed , walk, pubs, restaurants right on the doorstep zip world and high. The cottage is well equipped . The kitchen-diner is brilliant for socialising. There is a separate snug great for quiet and reading time. There is no Tv in this room . The master bedroom is ensuite. The twin bedroom and the second double have views over the river. The property benefits from an additional small downstairs toilet and lots off road parking.
