Welcome to our bespoke shepherd’s hut, on our family small holding, located 1 mile from the historic walled town of Conwy. Stay with us for your ultimate glamping experience. The hut sits alone on a large open lawn that you have to yourselves, there is a double bed with new memory foam mattress, sofa bed, kitchen, private shower/toilet block. Spend your days walking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking….. or just relaxing. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Horses welcome at extra cost.

The apartment provides both upstairs & downstairs accommodation with a 10 min walk down to or uphill from the beach, the station, the Wales Coastal Path & Deganwy village where several restaurants & cafes are located. The large room contains a double bed, 3 seater sofa (double bed), smart TV, a small breakfast table & 2 chairs with stairs down to a kitchenette & a washroom area. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with views over the Conwy Estuary & towards Snowdonia & Anglesey.

Located in a quiet area with views of Conwy mountain to the rear and woodland to the front, it is a short scenic riverside stroll away from Conwy town and 2 minutes from Conwy Marina where you can enjoy a drink in the Mulberry pub. Morfa beach, Conwy golf course and a local park/skate park are all within easy walking distance.

The Old Toll House is in a great location to take advantage of everything Conwy and the surrounding area has to offer. Situated on the corner of Morfa Drive and Bangor Road, the Old Toll House is in a really convenient location. 5 minutes stroll into the town or to the beach. The cottage is in a quiet location with secondary glazing and black out curtains for the bedrooms. The property of Dog friendly with a secure garden area. The cottage has off road parking for 2 medium sized cars.
