Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Follow trails through forest & meadow to the nearby Gold Mine Trail. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! "So close to the water's edge you could practically fish from the deck." That's what guests say about Idylweiss Chalet, our pond-side chalet in Eidelweiss Village, 15 minutes from North Conway. Mornings on the deck with the loons calling across Little Pea Porridge Pond. Afternoons on the private sandy beach with the canoe and kayak. Sleeps seven across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A short drive to Storyland, ski resorts, and the Kancamagus Highway.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Family-friendly and tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this warm retreat makes it easy to relax and reconnect. Bring the dog—pups are welcome—and enjoy an easy walk to Pequawket Pond with private beach access for swimming, sunbathing, and skipping stones. After a day outside, soak in the hot tub, then gather at the fire pit for s’mores and stories. Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins. Calm streets for bike rides, a comfy living area for movie nights.
