Calling all explorers, dreamers and creatives! Come for a quick retreat or stay to write that book. The lookout was built by owner Rob himself over ten years. There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Guest suite in Constantia. Francolin Studio

A beautiful light and spacious self-catering studio with mountain views set in a quiet, peaceful and relaxing part of Constantia. Although attached to the main house, it does have a separate entrance, private parking on the property, and comes with all modern conveniences, including air conditioning and a solar back up system. It is close to wine farms, shops and a hospital. There is direct access to a riverside walking trail. There is a gas barbecue and guests are welcome to use the pool.

Tucked into the leafy slopes of Constantia Upper, situated at the top of our 2800sqr property - Woodlyn Rest is a peaceful 2-bedroom surrounded by tall trees and mountain air. Fresh, comfortable farm-style charm. The main bedroom has a king bed and a working desk, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king. A fireplace indoors. Outside, a private patio and a small garden. Off-street secure parking —minutes from the trails, popular wine farms and incredible restaurants.

Come to relax or work in beautiful upper Constantia, expect a peaceful, stylish, safe and private stay. A solar heated crystal clear pool with a beautiful Mountain View. Centrally located and near to many Constantia wine farms. Fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, Air fryer, microwave, fridge and stove. Flat screen smart TV, Apple box. Air conditioners. Ensuite bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi. Queen size bed and the leather couch turns into a Sleeper couch. Secure off street parking.

Located across from beautiful horse paddocks, with many great walking & cycling trails right on our doorstep. Also close to many fabulous restaurants, incl. La Colombe, Chef's Warehouse & Foxcroft, as well as Cape Town's celebrated wine farms incl. Groot Constantia, Constantia Glen, Buitenverwachting, Eagles Nest, Steenberg Vineyards, Uitsig, Klein Constantia & Beau Constantia.

Brand new 3 Bedroom House with open plan living. The House has a pool and outdoor deck with a garden. The house have beautiful views of the valley and mountains in Hout Bay. Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep. There is 3 bedrooms one onsite with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and a king size bed. We now have back up power during load shedding.

A beautiful spacious cottage with all amenities, walking distance to the wine farms Klein Constantia, Buitenverwagting, Groot Constantia. Perfect place to set off to the beach, mountain biking routes, hiking or walking routes, excellent running routes and 5 minute drive from a world class golf course. Or you can lie by the shared pool, gym or play tennis. The cottage is looked after by the owners Dawn and Tanno , who take personal care to ensure a good stay. Regrettably, no under 18's.

Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails crisscross the area. We are surrounded by numerous spectacular wine farms and top restaurants. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time
