You will also have plenty of space to enjoy dining & living-room space. There is a driveway at your disposal; simply alert me if you'll need it. You will be 10 minutes away from a boat ride to downtown NYC & a 20 minute car ride to Brooklyn via our beautiful Verrazano Bridge & 20 minutes by car to New Jersey.
