On 3rd floor cabañas bldg, must go up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator, next to the tennis court. Condado del Mar has: Security, pool & lounge chairs, kid’s pool, grills, picnic tables,gym,pool table,ping pong, coin laundry,basketball and tennis court; 15 mins drive LMM airport.

The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.
