The condominium has a 24 hour doorman, a luxury lobby and library with free WiFi, swimming pool, gym and a coin operated laundry room. Access is restricted to guests and/or residents. The building is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, designer boutiques, stores, spas, gym, beauty salons, 24 hour drug stores, casinos, bars, hotels, banks, la “Ventana al Mar” (beach front open space park), church, hospital and public transportation and approximately a 10 minutes drive from San Juan International Airport and 5 minutes drive from Old San Juan. Taxis and public transportation are easily accessed in front of the building in Ashford Avenue and/or the Marriot Hotel. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a queen size bed, a full size futon (sofa bed), air conditioning, walk in closet, 32” flat screen HDTV, cable, high speed internet with WiFi, DVD, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen. For more privacy, the queen bed has been elegantly separated from the living space. It has a comfortable balcony with view to the Atlantic Ocean and the activity of Ashford Avenue. One parking space is available for an additional daily fee of $10.00. The apartment is perfect for small families, honeymooners, business and leisure travelers who want to relax and enjoy Puerto Rico from the convenient location of Condado. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
