Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

The Louise Cottage brings to life the bold personality of Louise Sawyer from Thelma and Louise, the classic film about two bffs on the ultimate adventure. Vintage rustic charm & funky flair, this cottage is the perfect place to crash after a day floating the Frio or exploring Garner park. Conveniently located off of hwy 83, between Concan and Garner, this location is ideal for those who want the best of both worlds. $60 pet fee per dog with breed restrictions. No dogs over 50lbs

Rustic cabin on over 10 acres with the wet weather Sabinal River (contact us for water levels if this is a concern) along the back surrounded by beautiful oak trees. A natural playscape, porch swings, grill, wildlife, all the perfect makings for a fantastic getaway. Just a minute's drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.
