It is nature-inspired, bright & modern, has WiFi, is fully equipped and is very close to restaurants, tapas, the Metro, shops & galleries. Best for a single, couples or couples with a kid! Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Elegante apartamento en zona señorial

Esta casa es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.

Very bright penthouse with a comfortable and functional decoration with a double room with it´s own bathroom. In this penthouse house you can enjoy a large terrace next to the dining room and a much larger one upstairs. It is located in a quiet area of Madrid very well connected and with all services. The metro is 5 minutes away (line 4: Alfonso XIII) and there are also buses and direct access to the M30. If you need parking I can give you options because it´s a regulated parking area.

You have 2 bathrooms available - 1 of which is en-suite. The kitchen is as well separate and has a small bistro table with 2 chairs. Wifi speed of up to 1G!
