Light-filled basement level unit with lots of art, microwave, fridge, smart TV, WIFI, and a brand new queen size bed. Near Stanley Marketplace, shops at 23rd/Oneida & more. Access is through the garage off the alley. I am 6 mi to Ball Arena, 11 mi to Empower Field, & 27 mi to Red Rocks. I have a new dog, Daisy, who will join me in greeting you.

It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
