Welcome to the hilltop on our 135 acre ranch. We are located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country with close proximity to everything! Our Dog Trot Guest Suites consists of 2 suites each with a queen bed, an additional sleeping area (daybed or trunnel) and private bath. Our 180 deg views are spectacular and the stars at night are big and bright! We are a short distance from Old Tunnel State Park, James Kiehl River Park, Sister Creek Winery, foodie restaurants and caves. Hope to see you soon!

Luxurious Retreat Between Six Flags and SeaWorld.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy. Kerrville Getaway is an all electric ground floor apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac,2 miles off IH-10 and with off street parking for 2 vehicles. It is in the city of Kerrville close to parks, restaurants, golfing , wineries , James Avery Jewelry tours, and the Guadalupe River. You’ll love the place because of the hilly neighborhood, the outdoors space with deer,the patio area, the comfy bed and a large walk-in shower.Kerrville Getaway is good for couples, children(2),solo adventurers.

Relax at my unique tranquil rock cottage less than 2 miles to Main Street on the edge of town surrounded by oak trees and adjacent to peach and pecan orchards. Enjoy the sunrise on the front porch or the sunset on the back porch while relaxing to the sights and sounds of nature. Take a step back in time and enjoy relics of the past in my cottage. Sunrise Grove Cottage is best suited for a couple seeking a quiet place to stay while visiting our lovely hamlet. Man spricht deutsch.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

Briarwoode Farm Getaway

A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.

We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
