Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.

This 3rd-floor, 2-bed, 2-bath condo sits with a balcony overlooking a large expanse of luscious lawn shaded by pecan trees and a large beach entry pool near the rivers edge.You'll enjoy two pools(heated)and 4 hot tubs. The complex has private river access and next to Schlitterbahn. It’s around the corner from local parks, Downtown, & Historic Gruene. This location can’t be beat!
