This tiny home sits on a private two acres, has an outdoor patio area for lounging, grilling, and star gazing at night. Please note that during winter months you'll need to park by the entrance and walk to the tiny home (2 min walk)

It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
