Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. This colorful, hotel room-like apartment is all brand new. Located on the second floor of a historic downtown building, you will be close to restaurants, businesses and anything in town. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bath, a half bath, & a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the heated garage.
