Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within a quick and enjoyable walk. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. It is 1.5 miles south of downtown Denver. This is a house, not a guest suite so no one walking above or below you. There is plenty of space for you and your guests to relax both inside and out. There is both a front porch and seating in the backyard. Please note bedrooms have window a/c and there is a rooftop evaporative cooler.
