Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. Secluded yet conveniently located near BLM land, the Black Canyon and many other spectacular destinations near the city of Montrose, we are sure there is something to do for everyone when you stay at our villas.

Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
