This getaway nestled in the heart of State College is within walking distance to downtown, campus, and Beaver Stadium. This unique, modern home sleeps 9 w/ 3 bedrooms, which include an amazingly comfy King bed, 2 queen beds, a queen sofa sleeper, and an air mattress. Pack n' Play is available. The living room includes a streaming TV so you can stream videos from your Netflix, YouTube and other accounts. Enjoy the full backyard w/ patio where you can grill all of your pre-game festivities.

This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.
