Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Enjoy your time in Oatlands in a self contained guest suite with a private entrance. Well insulated, clean and cosy space. Small cottage with a double bed and BIR. Park near the entrance door. No stairs. Spacious bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity and a toilet. Small lounge and a kitchen with cooking appliances, tv, fridge and a washing machine. Quiet neighborhood, away from the main road. Short walk to Oatlands IGA, cafes, shops, medical centre, mill, aquatic centre and the lake.

The Shoemaker's Cottage has been designed to provide intimate luxury in the heart of Richmond. Built in 1852, this self contained retreat boasts a modern, comfortable interior for a special stay.
