Farm Stay - whole nipa hut with private small pool

This is situated in a remote area in Iloilo Province called Barotac Viejo, an hour and a half away from the city and 10-15 mins away from the main town area. The house is located 3 km outside Estancia. 10 minute walk to a resort with restaurant and pool. Ground floor have 3 rooms and kitchen, 2nd floor is occupied by the caretaker. 3rd floor have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a 30 sqm balcony. 5 minute walk to the sea. A terrace on top of the house with seaview, overlooking Sicogon island with nice beaches. Interesting is also Gigantes islands with caves, beaches and a natural swimming-pool.
