A minimal, refined retreat nestled in trees offers peaceful, modern luxury. Use the dock for swimming and relaxing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Built in 2021 to the highest standards, for extended family. Located about 15 minutes from downtown Burlington & downtown Winooski w/ access to all manner of outdoor & maritime activities! We encourage you to enjoy coffee on the dock in the morning! Views from the house vary with the season due to the leaves on the trees. The lake is always beautiful.

Welcome home! Just minutes from Lake Champlain and Mallett's Bay in Colchester, Vermont! We have taken extra care to ensure that your stay with us is relaxing and fun! Bring your bike or snowshoes as we’re super close to the Burlington Bike Path & Island Line Trail. Just a 10 min. drive to downtown Burlington and all that Vermont has to offer is a quick drive away. Our home is located on a historic Colchester Farmhouse that was originally built in 1900. Completely remodeled for your comfort!

Sauna, Cold Plunge, Hot Tub, Paddle Boards, Bikes

*New art! It hasn’t been photographed but it’s on the walls! Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! A sauna, cold plunge, bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Malletts Bay Flat

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

Vermont Lakeside Cottage

Make some lakeside memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage.The Lakeside Cottage (house) is located right on Malletts Bay (Lake Champlain) in Colchester, Vermont. The amazing views can be seen from every room in the cottage. There is a beautiful deck complete with patio furniture and outdoor dining area. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom and a 1.5 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests.
