Ideal for vacationers, visitors, and families, the house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a nice and well equip kitchen with quality Samsung appliances, and a small BBQ deck overlooking a private backyard with a picnic table and stone patio. The house is literally 175 Yards from the beach :-)

The Landing at Cohasset Harbor

Welcome to "The Landing," our tranquil barn retreat, nestled in Cohasset Harbor. This space offers the perfect setting to unwind. We have two queen beds, one in a loft and one in the main area, and a full bath with a clawfoot tub and shower. The barn sits behind our main house on the edge of a marsh and a river that leads into the ocean. Enjoy being directly across from Cohasset Harbor and just a 7 minute walk up the street to lovely downtown Cohasset with its shops, restaurants and bars.

This 2 bedroom gets tons of natural sunlight and has an incredible view of the Atlantic. We are within walking distance (under a mile) of two of Cohasset's beautiful beaches (Rocky & Sandy) as well as the quintessential downtown. Bikes available to rent!

Spacious 3 bedroom private home across the street from Minot Beach. Updated bathrooms with beautiful granite kitchen. The third floor has a smaller room with 2 extra twin beds. Guest will have access to patio and back deck overlooking the marsh to watch sunsets. Short drive to both Scituate & Cohasset Harbor. Close to many wedding venues on the South Shore.

**8 MINUTE WALK FROM EGYPT BEACH** One street away from the water and quick walk to Egypt Beach. 1.5 miles from Scituate Harbor restaurants and shops. The perfect beach home for spring, summer, and fall vacations in New England. Located on a family-friendly side street. Central air conditioning. Great for families and dog friendly (no cats please)!

Beautiful studio in Scituate Harbor for one or two. All the conveniences in one small space. Private entrance and bath with views from your private deck and patio. Walk to EVERYTHING. Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
