Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. 6 bed Edinburgh chalet only minutes from beach

Our modern Chalet sits in the Haven Resort at Seton Sands in a quiet discrete spot, very close to reception and all the amenities. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Free wifi within the resort.

No pets. 3 min walk to the beach or 30 min drive to Edinburgh. The #26 bus goes from the main entrance direct to Edinburgh city centre & Zoo. The Haven site has a swimming pool, show bar, shop, fish'n'chips, play park, golf course, archery, kids club, plus loads more (Haven facilities open March-Oct only).

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

My place is close to Yellowcraig Beach (one of the best beaches in Scotland), between Gullane and North Berwick. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, rural location, the comfy beds, the views and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Pets are subject to an additional £30 cleaning fee per pet per stay, payable on arrival. Pet fees are not included in the price you will have already paid.

Abbeymill Farm Cottage

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Harbours Haven invites you to take a break and unwind at this peaceful seaside location with multiple Harbours close by to explore. This is ideal for couples and families alike with a king size bed in the master room, twin room and Sofa bed in the living room. Furry friends are made most welcome and will enjoy the warmth of the AGA as much as you'll enjoy cooking on it. Close enough to explore Edinburgh and enjoy all that East Lothian has to offer.

Beach front fishermans cottage

Welcome to No. 20, The High Street, Cockenzie! This idyllic fisherman’s cottage dates back to the 17th-century. It is the perfect holiday retreat for families, walkers on the John Muir Way - or simply for a romantic getaway. The views are spectacular. The cottage directly faces the sandy beach, a perfect little rocky cove, and the sea beyond. The sunsets are breath-taking and you may even glimpse dolphins and seals in their natural habitat.

Excellent location amazing views. Central Heating for them cold nights bus every 15min into the most beautiful city in Scotland. Accommodation only play passes can be purchased online or on arrival if you wish. Mary 😀 Unfortunately my guests can’t buy play passes at Christmas and New Year Haven are not allowing it. I’m so sorry I’ve no control over this, hopefully they will resolve this next year.
