I am located less than a minute walk, across the road from the beach and waterfront trail in a fully furnished, newly renovated basement suite (new ceilings, floors, appliances , Kitchen etc). Parking included along with a private entrance with secluded patio and bbq. For your private use. Living room includes pull out sofa and sofa.
