You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. Only a 10 minute stroll into the township of Whakatane, and five minute drive to Ohope Beach, voted one of the safest surf beaches in NZ. The entrance to the famous Nga Tapuwai O Toi walking track is only 2 minutes from our home. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings.
